FAMECO NAMED SUBLEASE AGENT
FOR 11 COST CUTTER STORES IN NEW JERSEY
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.--Cost Cutters, a division of The Drug Fair Group, has selected Fameco Real Estate to handle the subleasing of a portion of 11 of its stores in Central and Northern New Jersey, it was announced by Brandon Famous, Founding Partner and CEO of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa. The available spaces range in size from 8,000 s.f. to 25,865 s.f., and are located in Norwood, Hamilton, West Long Branch, Brick, Lacey, Wall, Parsippany, Wayne, Ocean, Toms River and Lincoln Park, N.J. Some of the stores are situated in strip centers, while others are free-standing. All are in prime retail locations.
Michael Horne, the Fameco salesperson spearheading the account, said the move is part of "a strategic alignment in which Cost Cutters stores will be converted to the smaller Drug Fair concept."
