FAMECO NEGOTIATES THREE LEASES FOR CINGULAR WIRELESS IN THE DELAWARE VALLEY
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.--Fameco Real Estate represented Cingular Wireless in three leases totaling more than 10,000 s.f. in Pennsylvania and Delaware, it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
The leases include 3,600 s.f. at 33 South 16th Street in Philadelphia, across from Liberty Place and Centre Square; 4,000 s.f. at 932 Bethlehem Pike, at the intersection of Route 202, in Montgomeryville, Pa., and 2,484 s.f. at 3601 Concord Pike in Wilmington, De., across the street from Bertucci’s, Staples and Pier 1. According to Fameco Senior Associate Gary Leone, who represented Cingular in all of the transactions, the company, now known as the New ATT, is aggressively searching for additional high profile locations throughout the region.
