CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL SIGNS 5 LEASES

IN NEW JERSEY

      Woodbridge, NJ — Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm, has inked multiple deals with Chipotle Mexican Grill, it was announced by Brandon Famous, Fameco’s CEO and Founder.

       Initially, Fameco represented Chipotle in the Philadelphia region. After successfully completing 9 deals there, Fameco was asked to expand its representation efforts to New Jersey. According to Perry GraBois, the Fameco Director who represents the tenant, Chipotle’s restaurant roll out in central and northern New Jersey has brought new life to markets that have been underserved by quality casual dining concepts. Chipotle recently opened 3 stores in the market, including units in Paramus, East Hanover and Wayne, NJ. There are an additional 2 stores under construction in Eatontown and West Caldwell. “We are thrilled with the results thus far,” said Chipotle real estate representative, Lisa Drake. “In just a few short months, Fameco has presented us with very viable options for new stores and we look forward to aggressive rollout in these markets.”

      Chipotle opened its first restaurant in 1993 and currently operates more than 800 restaurants. Based in Denver, CO, Chipotle continues to offer a focused menu of burritos, tacos, burrito bowls (a burrito without the tortilla) and salads made from fresh, high-quality raw ingredients, prepared using classic cooking methods and served in a distinctive atmosphere.
