FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASE FOR CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL ON CITY LINE AVE IN PHILA.
PHILADELPHIA, PA.-- Fameco Real Estate negotiated a 2,500 s.f. lease for Chipotle Mexican Grill at the new shopping center on the site of the former Adams Mark Hotel at 4040 City Line Avenue in Philadelphia.
Fameco's Rick Schuch and Gary Leone were the brokers in the transaction, the first Chipotle Mexican Grill in the Philadelphia market. The 180,000 s.f. center which is anchored by Target is scheduled to open this fall. Chipotle opened earlier this week.
Chipotle, which operates 640 restaurants nationwide, selected Fameco as its exclusive tenant rep in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Renowned for its gourmet burritos and tacos, Chipotle Mexican Grill features a variety of freshly prepared Mexican food.
