FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASE
AT BRADFORD PLAZA, WEST CHESTER, PA
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.— Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm has negotiated a lease with American Taekwondo Association (ATA) Martial Arts, at Bradford Plaza in West Chester, PA, it was it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of Fameco.
Jamil Smith and Cathy Agnew represented the landlord in this transaction totaling 3,220 square feet. Recently leases have also been signed with Sally Beauty Supply, Quizno’s Subs and Bebe Nails. Units ranging in size from 1,300 square feet to 11,000 square feet are still available. Fameco Management Services, a division of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., serves as property manager for the shopping center.
ATA is the single largest martial arts organization in North America and has 1,500 independently owned and operated schools on five continents. Bradford Plaza, a 140,000 square foot Giant-anchored community shopping center, is the dominant shopping center on the westend of the West Chester, PA market and is situated in an affluent community boasting an average household income level of over $100,000 within a 5 mile radius.
