FAMECO NEGOTIATES THE SALE

OF ACME COMMONS IN BORDENTOWN, N.J.

 

         Bordentown, NJ-- Fameco Real Estate represented the owner in the sale of Acme Commons in Bordentown, N.J., to New York City-based Pantzer Properties, it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.

    Fameco's John Fasciano and Dan Shabel acted on behalf of the owner, Freedman Cohen, in the sale of the 85,000 s.f. center on Route 130 South between Rising Sun Avenue and Dunnsmill Road.  Acme, Wachovia Bank, Starbuck's, and Sleepy's anchor the center, which has a 4,000 s.f. endcap still available.  Fameco has been retained as the center's leasing agent.
