FAMECO SIGNS 2 LEASES FOR

CRICKET COMMUNICATIONS

     Plymouth Meeting, PA  — Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm, has inked two deals with Cricket Communications, it was announced by Brandon Famous, Fameco’s CEO and Founder. 

      According to Brett Miller, the Fameco salesperson who represented the retailer, these deals are the first of several new locations in the Philadelphia metro area. Cricket signed a lease for an 1,150 sf free standing building on Chester Pike in Folcroft, PA and a 1,000 sf lease for a freestanding building on MacDade Boulevard in Folsom, PA.
