This has been comprised of single tenant net assets, unanchored strip centers, supermarket-anchored community shopping centers, power centers as well as entire shopping center portfolios.

Fameco was recently named one of the Top 10 Philadelphia "Power Brokers" by Commercial Property News and CoStar. This designation is based on the volume of sales transactions completed. Fameco is proud to have been the sole retail-only brokerage firm to rank within the top 10. Currently, the investment sales team is involved in over 2.5 million square feet of space nationwide.
