Executive Assistant

 

Fameco Real Estate, the region’s pre-eminent brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry, seeks highly motivated individual to join its team as an Executive Assistant.

 

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a minimum of 4 years’ experience with strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently and independently in a dynamically challenging environment with exceptional organizational skills.  This position entails heavy usage of various windows-based industry specific software programs (training provided) on a daily basis.  Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are also relied upon heavily; strong navigational understanding of these programs required. 

 

Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Landlord Group administration, support of senior level management, tracking contracts, updating CRM database, preparing tour books and general administrative duties. Commercial real estate background a plus.
