Luxury retailer Nordstrom plans to weather the current economic storm by rolling out new stores and introducing new products.  Seeing new locations as their “best investment” 12 new locations are planned over the next two years.

Eatontown to See Plans for Rt. 36 Golf Course

 

A 136-acre tract, currently part of an 18 hole public golf course, in Eatontown, Monmouth County, New Jersey is the site of a proposed redevelopment.  If approved by the Borough Council it would include a hotel, residential component, and retail.

Manheim Township Eyes 2nd 'Main St.'

 

Plans for a lifestyle center are being presented to Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  Granite Town Center, the proposed 300,000 square foot center, would be just two miles from Conestoga Creek, another similar proposed center.
